The building of Argentina: politics, culture and society in the country of the opposites 1/4/2009 al 20/5/2009
In April 2009, the Foro del Sur Foundation organized a course lectured by Martín Stawski with the aim of presenting some discussions about the conformation of the modern Argentine identity. The proposal aimed at introducing the assistants in the understanding of this problem, through the study of political, cultural and social elements. The emphasis was set on the changes produced in the relationship of the various social actors -elites, popular sectors and other social movements- from the beginning of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century.
