As part of its Café con Ideas program, the Foro del Sur Foundation welcomed Roel Nieuwenkamp, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, to a conversation this morning with representatives from academia, the public sector, business, the judiciary and trade unions.
