José María Llados is a lawyer and holds a master’s degree in International Relations. He has been Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
He has been Executive Director of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI).
In the public sector, he served as Secretary of Production for Defense and Planning, in both cases in the Ministry of Defense, and as Advisor to the Defense Committee of the National Chamber of Deputies.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Master's Degree in International Relations at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, the Board of Directors of the Juventus LíricaFoundation and the Academic Committee of CRIES (Regional Coordinator for Economic and Social Research).
