She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA, 1986) and has been a certified mediator since 1994. She earned a Diploma of Advanced University Studies in Young People in Vulnerable Situations from Université Paris 8 (2010) and completed coursework for the Master’s Degree in Family and Couple Studies at the University Institute of Mental Health of the Buenos Aires Psychoanalytic Association (IUSAM–APdeBA, 2021–2024).
From 1993 to 2012, she served as a mediator at the Mediation Center of Argentina’s Ministry of Justice. She also maintains a private mediation practice.
Since 2002, she has been the editor of La Trama, an interdisciplinary online journal devoted to mediation and conflict resolution.
From 2016 to 2024, she coordinated the community mediation service of the Access to Justice Centers within the National Directorate for the Support and Strengthening of Access to Justice at Argentina’s Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Federal Network of Gender-Sensitive Women Mediators, established by the Ministry.
She supervises professional teams working in family and criminal mediation.
She is the author and editor of numerous articles and books, including Mediación escolar: propuestas, reflexiones y experiencias (School Mediation: Proposals, Reflections, and Experiences), Paidós, 1999; Acerca de la clínica de mediación (On Mediation Practice), Librería Histórica, 2004; Hacia una mediación de calidad (Towards High-Quality Mediation), Paidós, 2011; Conflictos en la escuela: manual de mediación y negociación para docentes (Conflicts at School: A Mediation and Negotiation Handbook for Teachers), EDUNTREF, 2017; and Manual de buena práctica: clínica de casos de conciliación (Good Practice Handbook: A Clinical Approach to Conciliation Cases), 2021.
She provides training in conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation. She has participated in academic events in Argentina and abroad, including in Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Paraguay, Portugal, and Bolivia.
Since 2015, she has been a professor and researcher at the National University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF), where she has also served on the University Committee for the Prevention of Violence since 2021.
Since 2025, she has been Academic Co-Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Participatory Conflict Management, Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration at the University of Buenos Aires Faculty of Law.
Since 2019, she has conducted training on gender and negotiation for Fundación Foro del Sur. From 2023 to 2024, she served as a facilitator for the Network of Indigenous and Rural Women and Women in the Justice Sector for Climate Justice.
