Félix Peña is a specialist in international economic relations.
He has held positions at INTAL, the IDB, and the Argentine Foreign Ministry, and was also Undersecretary of Foreign Trade. Currently he is Director of the International Trade Institute of the ICBC Foundation, Director of the Master’s Degree in International Trade Relations of the Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero (UNTREF), Member of the Executive Committee of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), and Member of the Brains Trust of the Evian Group.
