SEMINAR "U.S. DECISION-MAKING AND FOREIGN ECONOMIC POLICY" WITH THE BROOKINGS INSTITUTION
Within the framework of the Political and Economic Perspectives towards the end of the century cycle carried out by the Foro del Sur Foundation, the Seminar “U.S. decision-making and foreign economic policy”, organized jointly with The Brookings Institution, was held in Washington D.C. in November 1995, together with the participation of Dr. Lawrence J. Korb for its organization. The seminar analyzed the relations of the North American political system with Latin America and in particular with Argentina. Ambassador Jane Kirkpatrick, Congressman Luigi Einaudi, Senator Richard Luger, Kika de la Garza and Helmut Sonnenfeldt were some of the personalities present.
