During the month of May 1996, the Foro del Sur Foundation together with the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation for Argentina (IICA) and the National Secretariat of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food organized a seminar that took place at the Alvear Palace Hotel in the city of Buenos Aires.
