SEMINAR "THE COMING ARGENTINA"
In April 1997, the Foro del Sur Foundation organized the seminar "The coming Argentina" in the city of Bahía Blanca. The event was inaugurated by the President of the Nation, Dr. Carlos Saúl Menem, and the main speakers were: Francisco José Piñon, former National Director of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Education; Dr. Martin Redrado, former Executive Director of the National Institute of Technological Education; Dr. Jorge Castro, international analyst and former Deputy Director of the newspaper El Cronista, currently Secretary of Strategic Planning; and Anibal Y. Jozami, President of the Foro del Sur Foundation.
