In March 2003, the Foro del Sur Foundation together with the Delegation of the European Union in Argentina organized the international seminar "The reform of the common agrarian policy: consequences for Argentina and the MERCOSUR". The meeting took place at the Hotel Alvear in the city of Buenos Aires.
