INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR "THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN THE UNITED STATES. IMPACT AND OUTLOOK FOR LATIN AMERICA"
In May 1996, the Foro del Sur Foundation organized in Washington D.C jointly with the Association of Political Consultants of the United States the seminar “The Presidential Election in the United States. Impact and perspectives for Latin America”, which was addressed by legislators, leaders and political consultants.
