INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR: THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM FOR INDIVIDUAL TRANSFERABLE CAPTURE QUOTAS
In April 2001, the second International Seminar "The Judicial System versus the Implementation of an Administration System for Individual Transferable Catch Quotas" was held at the Hotel Chateau Park Plaza in the City of Buenos Aires. The meeting allowed for the discussion of the implications that the administration of fishery resources has on the judicial system regarding their fair distribution.
