INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR. THE ANDEAN COMMUNITY AND THE MERCOSUR
In September of 2000, in the Auditorium of the Bank of the Province of Buenos Aires, the Foro del Sur Foundation, together with the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, organized the seminar "The Andean Community and the Mercosur regarding integration: advantages and challenges”. Among the speakers were: Juan Francisco Rojas Penso, Secretary of the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI); Allan Wagner, former Foreign Minister of Peru and advisor to the Secretary General of the Andean Community of Nations; Horacio Chiguizola, Secretary of Commerce, International Economic Relations and Cultural Affairs of Argentina; Edmundo González Urrutia, Ambassador of Venezuela in Argentina; and Martín Redrado, Director of the Capital Foundation.
