DEBATE: NEW FOREIGN INVESTMENT LAW IN CUBA

During the month of November 1995, a meeting was held to analyze the implications of the "New Law on Foreign Investments in Cuba." This event, to which businessmen and political leaders were invited, took place in the headquarters of the Foro del Sur Foundation, with the participation of the Minister of Justice of Cuba, Carlos Amat Flores, and the Ambassador of Cuba in Argentina.
