Civic Debate Argentina and the World 4/4/2022
Guillermo Carmona, Secretary of Malvinas, Antarctica and South Atlantic Affairs of the Argentine Foreign Ministry, participated in a debate at the Foro del Sur Foundation on the Malvinas issue: a regional cause 40 years after the armed conflict. The event was attended by representatives of different political and academic spaces. The activity is part of the initiative Civic Debate Argentina and the World, co-organized by the Foro del Sur Foundation and AERIA - Association for the Study of International Relations in Argentina.
On this occasion, the participants discussed the strategic value of the expanded region of the islands and possible alternatives for establishing alliances with other countries to support Argentina's claim for sovereignty.
