CONFERENCE: RELATIONS BETWEEN PORTUGAL AND THE MERCOSUR

In December of 1998, the Secretary of State of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Portugal, Antonio Martins Seguro, visited Argentina. The Foro del Sur Foundation organized a talk for a group of Argentine political, union and business leaders, in which the Prime Minister spoke on the "Relations between Portugal and the Mercosur".
