Within the framework of the presentation of the magazine Files of the Present, the conference "Argentina and Globalization" was held in September 1995 at the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI) with the participation of the then Vice President of the Nation Dr. Carlos Ruckauf, Dr. Jorge Aja Espil, and Anibal Y. Jozami.
